Tailor made solution to each individual site and project requirements with the aim to maximize space for development. 

 

Our design will aim at maximising the use of existing retaining walls and capitalizing the advantage of open cut construction, L-shaped or earth reinforced retaining wall, soil nailing method etc wherever possible, in order to reduce cost .  A balanced cut and fill solution will be aimed at to avoid the expensive cost of transportation of soil materials.  Extensive retaining structures such as bored piles, soldier piles and minipiles will only be used where there are special physical constraints.
